Segment #5: Sami Zayn retains Intercontinental Championship

The odds were not in Daniel Bryan's favor heading into his Intercontinental Championship match against Sami Zayn. With both Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura in his corner, there was no way that Zayn was going to lose. Granted, Bryan did have Drew Gulak watching his back, but after losing a match to Cesaro earlier in the night, Gulak wasn't moving at 100%. "The Swiss Cyborg" and "The King of Strong Style" quickly dispatched of Gulak, and while Bryan dominated the match with a variety of strikes and submission holds, it was a distraction from Zayn's friends that ultimately cost him the match.

Segment #6: The SmackDown Tag Team Championship Ladder match was brutal

Having a traditional Triple Threat match for a tag team championship is a rare treat. Luckily, all three competitors made use of their aerial skills and ladder match pedigree to but on a clinic in this SmackDown Tag Team Championship match. John Morrison hit a perfect Starship Pain onto his opponent who was lying prone on a ladder. Jimmy Uso later returned the favor with a Splash of his own. Kofi Kingston made great use of the ladders as both weapons and tools to increase the height of his top rope asssaults. In the end, it was Morrison who luckily pried the titles away from Uso and Kingston.

Segment #7: "The Monday Night Messiah" has been crucified

Both Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins felt right at home going into their match against each other, because they have both spent time at the Performance Center during their tenures on NXT. This bitter rivalry seemingly came to an undeserving close as Rollins smashed KO with the ring bell, forcing a disqualification victory for Owens. However, Owens didn't want to win like that, and ordered the match to be restarted with no disqualifications. This wasn't it Rollins' favor, as Owens laid into him with steel chairs, the ring bell, and an incredible elbow from the WrestleMania sign through the announce table. Is Seth's mystique as "The Monday Night Messiah" over?

After weeks of arrogant taunting, AJ Styles finally got his comeuppance at the hands of The Undertaker. Styles wanted to "get real," and Taker was more than happy to oblige. "The Deadman" showed once again why he is one of the greatest strikers in WWE history, pummeling Styles for almost the entire match. It wasn't until Styles' OC buddies Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson got involved that the tide turned for Styles. This didn't last long however, as Taker brought the fight back, eventually throwing AJ off a roof with a dangerous Chokeslam.
