WWE 2K21 Will NOT Be Happening


During WWE's 2020 First Quarter Earnings Conference, the company made it known that WWE 2K21, the company's eighth annual video game release in partnership with 2K Games, will not be coming out this year. This is for a combination of two reasons, the first being the obvious working complications due to the COVID-19 virus. Also, as WWE 2K20 was laughably bad, 2K Games wouldn't have enough time to smooth things over for a new release. The full recap of the conference can be read at Wrestling News. AJ Styles traded to SmackDown for ?????

AJ Styles is once again on the blue brand! Michael Cole made the announcement during Styles' Intercontinental Championship Tournament match against Shinsuke Nakamura on last week's episode of SmackDown , saying that AJ is back on SmackDown full-time, being traded for a future Raw pick. This was done for kayfabe reasons. Being a Raw superstar, it wouldn't make much sense to have AJ win the IC Title Tournament, because of course it is a SmackDown championship.
