Segment #1: Johnny Gargano shows off his newfound anger against Dominik Dijakovic
After making claims that they were done being the nice guys, Johnny Gargano and wife Candice LeRae certainly proved that tonight. Despite the in-your-face power of Dominik Dijakovic seeming to be too much for "Johnny Wrestling" in the beginning of the match, even someone as talented as Dijakovic can't handle a two-on-one situation. With LeRae distracting him on the outside, Dominik was susceptible to a superkick from Gargano, who then threw the big man into an exposed turnbuckle before hitting One Final Beat for the win.
Segment #2: Akira Tozawa advances in the Interim NXT Cruiserweight Champion Tournament
Jack Gallagher had intentions of using his technical, mat wrestling skills to wear Akira Tozawa down. However, Tozawa's enhanced agility and stamina led him to victory. After hitting a devastating DDT on the apron, Tozawa nailed his patented diving senton for the victory, improving his standing in the Interim NXT Cruiserweight Champion Tournament.
Segment #3: Chelsea Green takes on the dominant Xia Li
Chelsea Green was introduced by Robert Stone as his new protégé. Although Green gave her a lofty introduction, Green wasn't ready for the striking ability of Xia Li. The only reason Green was able to come away victorious was because of a distraction from Aliyah. Sure this will be the start of a lengthy feud.
Segment #4: Karrion Kross and Scarlett make their debut
After weeks of anticipation, Karrion Kross and Scarlett finally make their debut in the NXT arena. An impressive entrance was quickly followed up by a few suplexes to Kross' opponent, Leon Ruff. A maniacal Kross locked in the Kross Jacket for an easy tapout.

Knowing that she was going to lose, Flair thwacked Shirai with a kendo stick, allowing Io to get the victory while also allowing Flair to retain her title. A post-match beat-down of Shirai brought out Rhea Ripley, who rushed the ring, looking to get some revenge on the woman who took her title.
Segment #6: Kushida continues to lead the pack in the Interim NXT Cruiserweight Champion Tournament
Feeling confident with his positive record in the Interim NXT Cruiserweight Champion Tournament, Jake Atlas looked to use his impressive agility to overcome tournament leader Kushida. Taking control early, Atlas soon found out that Kushida's status as a stamina-hog makes him a dangerous opponent. Kushida caught Atlas in a cross arm-breaker for the submission victory.
Segment #7: Cameron Grimes calls out Finn Bálor; "The Prince" responds
After a quick, squash victory over Denzel Dejournette, Cameron Grimes made it clear that he doesn't respect Finn Bálor. Bálor didn't take too kindly to Grimes' taunts though, a promptly laid the loudmouth out. Could we see a match in the future?
Segment #8: Adam Cole's reign as NXT Champion continues
After nearly a month of dodging him, NXT Champion Adam Cole was forced to defend his championship against The Velveteen Dream. While controlling Dream, Cole taunted and mocked his opponent throughout the match. This only served to anger Dream though, who fiercely fought back, almost getting a quick pin on Cole. As Dream got closer to the win, Adam Cole's Undisputed Era running mates Roderick Strong and Bobby Fish came down to get involved in the match-up. The creepy "friend" of Dream, Dexter Lumis, came down to stop the interruption. A brawl ensued, leading to the referee getting knocked out. This referee mishap was the cause of Dream's loss, since the official was down he couldn't count Dream's pin on Cole. Adam Cole was able to hit a superkick and the Last Shot to lay Velveteen Dream out, getting the win and retaining his championship.
