Daniel Bryan is Born


On May 22, 1981, Bryan Danielson, better known to wrestling audiences as Daniel Bryan, was born. Known as WWE's ultimate underdog, Bryan has been apart of some of the greatest moments in WWE history. He defeated Triple H, Randy Orton, and Batista and WrestleMania 30 to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Due to neck injuries, Bryan retired from in-ring competition. He then returned a few years later, winning the WWE Championship within months of his return. Anytime Daniel is in the ring, all we can do is chant "Yes! Yes! Yes!" AJ Styles traded to SmackDown for ?????

AJ Styles is once again on the blue brand! Michael Cole made the announcement during Styles' Intercontinental Championship Tournament match against Shinsuke Nakamura on last week's episode of SmackDown , saying that AJ is back on SmackDown full-time, being traded for a future Raw pick. This was done for kayfabe reasons. Being a Raw superstar, it wouldn't make much sense to have AJ win the IC Title Tournament, because of course it is a SmackDown championship.
